We need you more now than ever!
Community is the lifeblood of St. Bonaventure High School and it has never been more important than it is now. Two years ago we were receiving tuition assistance requests from 36% of our students; this year we have received requests from 54% of our families, which is impacting enrollment. As families continue to negotiate the financial effects of the pandemic, fires, and inflationary trends, we find ourselves needing more support from the St. Bonaventure community members, like you!
A Catholic Education is an Advantage for Life! Being a St. Bonaventure Seraph means that you are held to a certain set of standards, no matter what. Committed to the pursuit of truth through faith and reason, with small class sizes and a student faculty ratio of 15:1, our students are challenged academically, athletically, and artistically, and are encouraged to live as Jesus taught us. Those have been the expectations for over 59 years, and they hold strong today.
What HAS changed is the cost of providing a world class education to our students! The impact of the challenges of the past several years has made it increasingly challenging. Each year we award almost $550,000 in tuition assistance to 54% of our student body. Your gift to the Seraph Annual Appeal drive ensures that we have the funds available to support these deserving students. It also provides the funds we need for the much-needed campus renovation projects which include:
- Replacement of our athletic field
- Remodel of our kitchen
- Roof replacement
- Update of original locker rooms
- Classroom refresh
- Seminar desks & chairs
- Bathroom remodels
- Sails above quads for shade
